Jon Gruden Hoping to 'Restart' Nathan Peterman is a Total Joke

Jon Gruden can really do no wrong when it comes to providing the people with a quote that can make them laugh out loud. When it comes to actually making the correct personnel moves for the Raiders, it is the complete opposite.
His most recent head-scratcher/joke material came when he signed Nathan Petermandespite the fact that he may be the worst quarterback to ever pick up a football. What's beautiful about Gruden is he always goes above and beyond when it comes to defending his moves or thought process.
The Raiders' head coach doubled down on his decision to sign Peterman by saying he hopes to "restart" him this offseason.
Don't you have to actually start something in order to restart it?
If Gruden is talking about Peterman's three touchdowns compared to his 12 interceptions thus far, then sure, let's "restart" that. Gruden has always been madly in love with Peterman's style of play for some incredible reason and backed up his own words with this signing. Why, you ask? Well, because he can, and there's nothing any of us can do to stop him.
To be fair to Gruden and Peterman, this is just a practice squad signing. AJ McCarron is away in Alabama with his wife who just gave birth and the Raiders decided to sign Peterman just as insurance.
